Spirit of Valencia Offshore Powerboat Racing Team 2012 Sponsors Tour P1 Superstock European Championships, 5 weekends around the UK for 2012, the largest Offshore Powerboat Racing competition in the world, And you can be apart of our Challenge as a Sponsor, While we are not competing in the P1 Superstock Championships around the UK, We will be organizing a national tour of Spain promoting the sport and our Sponsors, visiting a number of Marina's for testing and training weekends, visiting a number of Ayuntamientos, Schools and European Boats shows. We will also enter into other competitions and our goal is to establish for 2012 a National Offshore Powerboat endurance record. Very exclusive competition and World Class mobile marketing tool.? 'The Competition' To find the new Spirit pilots and Navigators of the Spirit of Valencia Racing Teams, We are able to offer competition winners the opportunity to attend the Team's training weekends around Spain exclusively with the team. To also put the competition winners through their paces, to find out who has what it takes to qualify for full training and to accompany the team on the European Championships competition based around 5 weekends around the UK in 2012. As they will have to be trained to the rules and regulations of world class offshore Powerboat and Jetski Racing competitions. So that the team is in the position in 2013 to present 2 x Powerboats and 2 x Jeski's to represent the team Spirit of Valencia and Spain in the world championships. How can you enter this competition.? By buying our brand sponsors product exclusively, As this sport is a very high end activity, the purchase of the product can be increased to enter this very exclusive competition and opportunity. For example buy 3 x products to enter, or even provide an Xtreme licence,? when every time they purchase the product they receive a sticky ticket to place in their Xtreme License, which will contain all their contact details and also asked a number of questions.? they can even ask their friends to sponsor them with their tickets? This is all part of the individual's passion for the sport, whether male or female. At which point the Xtreme License is filled with tickets, they present it to their local venue or mail it.? Promotion.? The Team Race boat can be available as a static display in some certain venues nationally or as a mobile WOW factor promotion whether it be driving around the town on a trailer or by organising a promotion at a local Real Club nautico around the coast of Spain whereby competition winners will have an experience of a life time.? Speeding around the coastline of Spain with the local media looking on, Exclusively with the Team. Also associated promotions with all the other activities the team will undertake at Ajuntamientos, Boat Shows etc for the Sports development, (More details below.) Smaller venues can benefit from a high end promotional film with a fully branded Race boat and footage of the Racing team, the European Championships and the competition in venues itself and it's Final prize. The P1 Marine Foundation has announced the launch of a national awards scheme for outstanding projects specifically designed to have a positive and sustainable impact on the marine environment. The Awards are open to undergraduate students from universities across the UK and Spain, and will reward the most pioneering academics with funding allocations for the top placed entries. Both team and individual entries are invited in the three award categories – Technology, Innovation and the World Ocean Council Award for the Environment – with nominations coming from Heads of Departments. In addition, a number of sub-categories will include topics such as ‘Impact of pollution in Arctic waters’, ‘Noise reduction in the marine environment’, and ‘Carbon efficiency’. A panel of scientists, entrepreneurs, environmental leaders and specialists from marine related industries will judge the Awards; the panel will include Paul Holthus, Executive Director at the World Ocean Council, Dr Trevor Dixon, Marine Pollution Specialist at Advisory Committee on Protection of the Sea, and Kirsty Schneeberger, Coordinator for the Department of Energy and Climate Change's Youth Advisory Panel. Winning entries will be announced during a special ceremony as part of the Powerboat P1 SuperStock Awards in Liverpool on 11th September 2011. P1 Marine Foundation initiatives will encourage universities to build ongoing relationships with businesses to enhance graduate prospects through networking and sponsorship opportunities. One of the P1 Marine Foundation’s aims is to forge strong ties with academic institutions across the UK and Spain. Established in September 2010, the Foundation contributes to ground-breaking research by recognising and supporting the role of educational establishments and acknowledging their outstanding academics through a variety of projects, including the P1 Marine Foundation Awards. We are Spain's only Challenge to the largest offshore powerboat championship in the world
Powerboat P1 launched its newSuper Stock championship inthe UK in May 2010 and will rollout its international series from2011. P1 also makes its debutacross the pond with the debutof P1 USA, a 10-round seriesrunning in North America.
